Parameters determination by means wavelet analysis of the spectral profile on the slope baseline

The signal processing based on the continuous wavelet transformation was described for the tunable diode laser spectroscopy. In such case the signal is absorption profile on the inclined baseline. Described method is identifying spectral broadening and defining the half-width of the spectral line without direct measurements. Its validation was demonstrated by the processing of the modeling spectroscopy signal containing white noise.
