Assessment of the development of transport infrastructure in the region (on the example of the city of Moscow)

The article discusses aspects of the development of regional transport infrastructure and mechanisms for its development, which are associated with the working of a comprehensive model for the development of the region as a whole based on the characteristics of the organizational and economic factors of the functioning of the transport infrastructure. To address this issue it is proposed to appraisal t of the prospects for the development of regional transport infrastructure and their effectiveness are assessed in the context of the economy of the region as a whole through of the level of socio-economic development on the basis of the cost approach according to the formula of Gordon, where the author took into account the regional factor on the basis of the developed transport infrastructure quality index. The suggested economico-mathematical model allows us to forecast the level of socio-economic development of Moscow due to the impact on investments in the development of transport infrastructure, the level of environmental conditions in the region, the length of transport networks and other identified dependencies, taking into account the macroeconomic situation in the country.
