Assessment of biological and constitutional factors which have influence on social adaptation of patients with autistic disorders

Influence of CNS pathology and family history of illnesses of endogenous spectrum on social activity of patients with autism have been identified. 101 patients with autistic disturbances at the age of 3-39 years have been examined. Most patients have reduced social activity after finishing school. The patients who haven't CNS pathology and family history adapt themselves better in the society.
