The article is devoted to the problem of assessing the competitiveness of organizations. The author has proposed an algorithm for assessing the competitiveness of organizations providing express delivery services. The necessity of identifying specific factors of competitiveness, determining their weight in the overall assessment is indicated. The importance of an integrated competitiveness assessment technique is emphasized.
