The performance indicators of a service company that repairs and maintains medical equipment and is in the process of restructuring are analyzed. The initial structure of the company, as well as its structure after two stages of restructuring, is considered. The conclusion is drawn about the correctness of the approach to business restructuring based on the formation of simulation business models and the breakdown of the restructuring process into stages, since there is an increase in return on investment, return on sales and profit per employee.
