Evaluation of the effectiveness of organizational changes in a multidisciplinary pediatric medical organization

The article discusses the main aspects of managing organizational changes in pediatric medical organizations, which seems to be quite relevant in the current socio-economic conditions. Based on the presented analysis, the author suggests various approaches to assessing the effectiveness of organizational changes and ways of their practical implementation in the activities of medical organizations.
