The assessment of adaptation possibilities of mature fetus based upon cardiointervalography

The computer cardiointervalography was carried out in 185 pregnant women having mature fetus. It was revealed that the higher tone of parasympathetic nervous system of the fetus was at rest the more severe were post-hypoxic complications in newborns after birth. Analysis of vegetative status using computer cardiointervalography allows to determine adaptation reserves of the fetus just before deliveries.
