Evaluation of information telecommunication networks stability to destructive effects based on the connectivity of routes

The author of the article analyzes the concept and indicators of stability of the network, discusses the problem of assessing the stability indicators of information telecommunication networks, describes the main factors that violate the stability of the network, and proposes the model and methodology for stability assessment based on the network routes probability of connectivity.
