The image of perm in Perm documentaries

The article is dealing with the image of Perm city as reflected in three documentary films produced by Perm studios and authors in different times. The analysis leads us to conclude that in Perm documentaries, the city is not conceived as some specific symbol. The image of Perm in any of the three considered documentaries, is utterly subjective and depends upon the author’s or filmmaker’s idea.
