Substantiation of seeds cleaning technology in the conditions of Transbaikalia

The technology of cleaning seeds from the most hard-separable impurity (Tatar buckwheat) is substantiated in the article. Represented indicators of the efficiency of impurity separation and the loss of seeds in waste are defined. And by their analysis the content of the impurity is determined. The technologies for cleaning seeds of the reproductive for the commercial production, reproductive and elit category are proved. Seeds of the reproductive category for the commercial production and reproductive one are recommended to be processed according to the technology with rational parameters (with the size of the cells of the puppet cylinder 5.6-6.3 mm and a certain position of the working edges of its trough.) Elite seeds are recommended to be further processed on a belt-type separator with a new working surface. A nomogram for the selection of seed cleaning technology depending on the contamination of the initial seed grain and its category was developed.
