Obtaining the largest number of products with the lowest labor and material costs in agriculture is made possible by creating the optimal conditions for the growth of cultivated plants through the use of the most advanced energy-saving agricultural machines. Currently used agricultural machines do not fully meet the agrotechnical requirements for the implementation of technological operations. One of these technological operations, the continuous surface tillage, performed by anti-erosion cultivators, does not fully meet the current requirements of resource-saving due to the drawbacks of the machines intended for its implementation. Therefore, an improvement in the design of the cultivators used, and first of all of their working bodies, has become necessary. The article identifies the main drawbacks of the work of cultivators with serial working bodies on soils prone to wind erosion. On the basis of the conducted research, a new design of cultivator working bodies has been proposed, comparative laboratory studies on cultivator paws have been carried out, the scheme of a new working body in compliance with the basic requirements of soil-protective, environmentally friendly, resource-saving agriculture has been established...
