Standards based assurance of the medical services quality

Бесплатный доступ

The quality of medical services provided in medical institutions is defined as the totality of the properties of the process of providing medical services that contribute to the formation of patients' feelings of satisfaction during interaction with medical workers, with sufficient resource, qualification and technological support. The basis for the medical services quality is the standardization of resources in the healthcare system. The future of healthcare is focused on the human patient, but not only patients are the main stakeholders in healthcare. Other stakeholders of healthcare infrastructure are institutions, insurance, pharmaceutical companies, medical equipment manufacturers, medical personnel, managers, builders, state and municipal authorities, etc. Therefore, innovative medical technologies should be focused primarily on the interests of the patient, and not become the object of a profitable business or areas of influence.
