Electromagnetic safety maintenance state and prospects in Russian Federation and abroad are presented briefly. Differences in criteria and approach to hygienic safety are shown. By analyses of data of home and foreign hygienic standards harmonization possibilities are shown. Most difficult problems of electro-magnetic safety maintenance and main directions of its solving are presented.
