Providing evidence in civil procedure law of the Russian Federation: current state and problems of legal regulation

The article discusses the issues of securing evidence in the civil procedural law of the Russian Federation. The norms of the current civil procedural legislation regulating the procedure for securing evidence are analyzed. The problems that arise in law enforcement practice when providing evidence are identified, as well as the need to improve and develop the procedure for ensuring the safety of information posted on the Internet by a notary. Ways to improve the legal regulation of securing evidence are proposed.
