The results of testing the informativeness and ergonomics of the software and hardware complex “Videotsvetomer” (working title) are presented when uncooperative, atypical and other types of abnormal behavior of the subject are detected when performing test tasks as part of the personnel selection and selection procedures. Improvements of the psychometric tools used for personnel selection and selection are proposed, which increase the possibilities of verifying the results of the socio-psychological examination of applicants for the position of middle manager. Conclusions are formulated confirming that the combination of the methods of eyes-gaze-tracking, sensorimotor tempometry and color-associative testing increases the capabilities of a specialist in personnel selection to identify non-cooperative (intentional distortions) and (or) atypical test behavior of the subject when performing verification tasks, which contributes to improving the quality of personnel selection of applicants for middle managers.
