About the peculiarities of summary proceedings in the arbitration process

the article deals with the issues related to the consideration of the case in summary proceedings in the arbitration process. The paper analyzes the possibility of allocation of simplified proceedings in an independent form, different from the claim proceedings, the implementation of the principles of legal proceedings when considering a case in a simplified manner.
