About the peculiarities of consideration of insurance disputes (materials of Rostov regional court)

Purpose: To Establish features of consideration by courts of insurance disputes through the prism of judicial practice. Methodology: Used historical and legal and formal- legal methods. Results: In the present work features of consideration by courts of insurance disputes was analyzed. The authors makes a brief review of practice of consideration of disputes related to contracts of voluntary insurance and obligatory insurance of a civil liability. The author then proceeds to the designation of a number of problems in this field. Summing up his research, the author affirms the positive changes in this direction and expressed the hope for further improvement. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses high scientific value as is one of the modern attempts to establish the features of consideration by courts of insurance disputes through the prism of judicial practice.
