On the inclusion of the Cosmos in the noosphere according to the foresight of V.I. Vernadsky

The article attempts to find out the cause of the terrestrial problem of the antagonism of the Earth's biosphere and the Earth's interior, and also proposes a solution to the cardinal problem of cosmogony about the birth of atoms of matter and celestial bodies in a single process of stellar synthesis, based on the teachings of D.I. Mendeleev and A.E. Khodkov.
