Effectiveness of some anticorruption measures in foreign countries (on the example of Estonia)

The article deals with the effectiveness of the activity of the Russian Federation internal affairs bodies. In particular it examines the issues of reducing the corruption level in the law enforcement bodies. The Scandinavian model of the territorial police agencies is taken as an example. This model is used in Norway and Estonia and recommended to the countries-members of the UN. The author analyzes the influence of this anticorruption measure on the corruption level in the police and the possibility to use such a model in the territorial police bodies of the Russian Federation.
