In the author’s reasonable opinion new wide wave of privatization of state-owned properties of the Russian Federation makes no economic sense. Drawing upon the provision “Strategy of National security of the Russian Federation before 2020” which sets forth the decile ratio as one of the major characteristics of national security and in the light of the increasing value of decile ratio the author treats this tendency as a threat to national security of the Russian Federation.
