On the legal mechanisms of the organization health care in the Russian Federation

The article considers how the protection of human health is regulated in Russian legislation and what legal mechanisms exist for this. The basic terms used in the field of legal regulation of medical activity are analyzed, the role of the conceptual component in the development of legislation is revealed.
