On the right, law and legal acts

Complex problem of understanding such closely related concepts as right, law and legal law are highlighted in the article. Striving to form proper legal acts, which would express most citizens’ interests and concerns in legislative form, maintenance and implementation of law obligations by members of society are goals and objectives of law in civilized society.
