On a new approach to definition of chromatography

The paper offers a new variant for the definition of chromatography based on the term "chromatographic phenomenon". The main characteristic features used to define chromatography are mobile phase flow and force field. In the case of traditional sorption (two-phase) chromatography, the sorbent particles (sorbent layer) are considered as sorption force field carriers.
