On some properties of b-harmonic functions in R2

In this article we consider Carlеman’s function, to find integral representation for the biharmonic functions(𝛥2𝑢(𝑦) = 0) defined in unbounded domain 𝐷 = {𝑦: 𝑦 = (𝑦1, 𝑦2), −∞ -𝑦1 -∞, 0 -𝑦2 -𝜋 𝜌 , 𝜌 -0} of two dimensional Euclidean space.
