The place of criminal prejudice in the legal system prejudice

Purpose: To identify and determine the place of criminal prejudice in the legal system prejudice. Methodology: We Used formal-legal method and the classification method. Results: The classification method allowed to determine the place of criminal prejudice in the legal system prejudice and to correlate it with administrative prejudice, using appropriate to their legal nature, characteristics and properties. Novelty/originality/value: Article has a scientific value because it was one of the first attempts to reveal the criminal nature of prejudice.
