On the concept of data-driven management under the conditions of digital transformation

The article considers the concept of data-based management under the conditionsof digital transformation of Russian industries. The influence of digital technologieson the formation of digital organizational innovations as new approaches toenterprise management, business process restructuring, development of a new(digital) business model of the enterprise has been revealed. The principles of datamanagement, their transformation into digital assets and a strategic resource of theenterprise on the basis of digital platforms have been considered. Data analysis,performed on the basis of prognostic and predictive analytics, allows organizingwork on demand in the mode of data streaming, which ensures rapid adaptationof the enterprise to changes in the external environment based on changes in itsbusiness processes and business model. The recommended types of digital platforms,their components and digital technologies, as well as the process of data-drivendecision-making have been analyzed.
