On the formation and diagnostics cognitive competences of students of higher education institution

A proposed approach for the formation of the cognitive competencies of University students based on the methodical system of conceptual relations interdisciplinary character defined metacognitive invariants. To diagnose students ' level of development is proposed to use the technology training tests, supplemented by the reflective component.
