To the problem of activity of ecological and human rights non-governmental organizations in Russia (1960-2000)

Analyzing the activity of non-governmental organizations in Russia at the end of XX century, we need to consider the history of their origin. The experience of NGO in Russia and abroad, for example, human rights and environmental organizations is generalized. Particularly, attention is paid to the formation of non-governmental agencies as part of civil society.
