Herein we demonstrate the possibility of using transcutaneous spinal cord electric stimulation to improve coordination abilities and technique efficiency of sportsmen. The study consisted of several parts. The first part was to identify stimulation effects to the vertical balance of football players (n=8) and archers (n=6) when a spinal cord electrical stimulation applied to the cervical segments (C3-C4). The second part included a 10-day lumbar segments spinal cord (T11-T12) stimulation course of football players (n=6). The study results showed that spinal cord cervical and lumbar segments transcutaneous electrical stimulation can improve the athletes’ coordination abilities and, as a consequence, increase technique efficiency. The advantage of this method is positive effect to the athletes’ coordination ability and technical efficiency without training loads increasing.
