Presents a process diagram hydropneumatic cleaning units, using hydroshock connection of the hydraulic system of technological stand to the cavity cleaned the unit is not filled with liquid, and gas. Theoretical analysis of the hydrodynamics of the process, evaluating the impact of various structural and technological factors made on the basis of mathematical modeling of processes in MatLab-SimuLink. Experimental studies confirm the adequacy of the mathematical model.
