Records of 72 lichen species, allied saprobic and lichenicolous fungi new to Kaluga (63 species) and Tula (13 species) Regions of Russia are presented. Cladonia homosekikaica is new for Russia, Cladonia asahinae - for plain part of European Russia. Nine species are new for the Central Russia. Instructions are given about the discovery another of four new species for the Central Russian Upland, seven species for the first time are given for the northern part.
