Notary certificate of transactions for the distribution of land plots and observance of the rights of the spouses in conducting transactions for the distribution of joint property

The article examines the features of notarization of transactions for the alienation of land plots. Conclusions are made about the notarial form and the procedure for certifying transactions with land plots. The article analyzes the legislative provisions concerning notarial actions to certify transactions with land plots by one of the spouses.
