Legal and regulatory aspects of designing working educational academic programmes and courses at the level of primary education

The article considers the issue of aligning the system of local regulations governing the activities of the educational institutions in accordance with the changes in legislation. There are disclosed the main curriculum sections (target, informative, organizational), and the programmes of particular subjects and courses.
