Noospherism as a whole teaching and the basis of the theory and practice of the transition to a controlled history of mankind in a new quality, as a controlled socio-natural evolution

The report reveals the foundations of the coming noospheric-legal revolution as an important aspect of the coming era of noospheric transformation of the world, which will cover the entire XXI century. It is shown that the global ecological crisis, which turned into the first phase of the Global Ecological Catastrophe by the end of the twentieth century, is an expression of the environmental limits that have arisen for the entire market-capitalist system of human existence on Earth, including the "Law" system serving this system. The noospheric transformation of the World is an imperative for humanity - the imperative of its ecological survival and the continuation of the era of human Space exploration that has begun. It, this transformation, also requires the formation of Noospheric Law as an important component of the management of socio-natural evolution, i.e. Noospheres of the Future.
