Minor and crime. Influence of the information environment

Introduction: mass media determine crime among minors. The new criminal phenomena with their participation ("skulshuting", Columbine, "A.U.E."), put harmful influence. Materials and methods: the standard basis of a research is formed by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the criminal and criminal procedure legislation, local regulations regulating dissemination of information, responsibility for involvement of minors in criminal activity and responsibility of minors for commission of crimes. The methodological basis of a research was made by the general dialectic method of scientific knowledge which allowed to consider fully and comprehensively the features of producing crime of minors caused by interaction of globalization and informatization of society and also methods of logical deduction, induction, informative methods and methods of observation, comparisons, the analysis, generalization and the description. Results of the study: in article sources of obtaining the focusing information for investigation of crimes of minors, influence on whom was carried out through social networks, are defined. Need of interaction of the law enforcement agencies providing cyber security at the international level is designated. The prospects of application of information and telecommunication resources of Internet network in implementation of crime prevention of teenagers are revealed. Findings and conclusions: for investigation and crime prevention of the minors involved in criminal activity through social networks it is necessary to carry out interaction of the law enforcement agencies providing cyber security and also National contact point, the Interpol, Europol, Eurojust at the international level. Timely information processing from social networks, and timely response to it can promote prevention of a number of crimes. For this purpose it is offered to adopt possibilities of artificial intelligence.
