The need for measurable criteria for evaluating the development of nuclear medicine centers in Russia

The article describes an approach of assessment the plan of events (road map) for the nuclear medicine centers development. The author uses the project approach and assumes of the lack of measurability the present criteria. This is the reason of uneven development nuclear medicine in Russia. Creation some minor and measurable criteria should be useful for assessment the development nuclear medicine.
