Non-pharmacological therapy of sexual dysfunctions and affective disturbances in opioid addiction

The study of efficiency of audio-visual-vibrotactile stimulation (AVVS) in complex therapy of post-withdrawal disorders in patients with opioid addiction (F11.2) has been carried out. With use of scales of quantitative assessment of structure and dynamics of drug craving, “Male Sexual Formula” (MSF), HDRS, HARS, АSIS and CGI-I the therapeutic sensitivity to AVVS has been proven that manifests as disactualization of drug craving, reduction of affective, behavioural and sexual disturbances as well as leveling of components of anhedonia syndrome.
