Some problem of rent forest

This article is devoted to some problem of the rent of forest areas, resulting in the practice of the forestry legislation of Russian Federation. Particular attention is paid to changes in forestry legislation in the conclusion of lease contracts in connection with the adoption of the new Forest Code.
