Some problems and features of the implementation of housing rights

This article deals with specific aspects of the legislative regulation of the housing rights of minors. The author highlights the main problems of the exercise by minors of their constitutional rights, including housing rights, as well as their protection. The work resulted in conclusions and recommendations aimed at improving the legal regulation of the housing rights of minors and ways of protecting them.
