Some problems of international payment relationship’s legal regulation

The most relevant questions of international payment relationship are issued in this article; author analyzed some methods for resolution of conflict of law problem in this sphere. There are also some propositions for resolution of formulated problems in sense of Russian legislation’s reformation in international private law sphere in this article.
