Some problems of interpretation and legal regulation of artificial intelligence in Russia

The article examines the features of the regulation of artificial intelligence (AI). Its conceptual constructions, the possibility of AI to be the subject of legal relations and bear responsibility are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that AI technologies are developing in Russia, but there is no necessary regulatory legal regulation, conflict issues about its status and implementation in the Russian legal system are not resolved. To eliminate these problems, it is necessary to comprehensively regulate AI by various branches of law, and it is advisable to form a unified legal definition of this concept in civil law.
