The article provides a legal analysis of the role of the operator of the electronic site during the auction. The relevance of the subject of this study lies in the fact that in modern realities, electronic trading is the most popular procedure. The author also highlighted the timing and procedure for canceling the auction. These variations are considered through the prism of recent changes in Russian legislation.
