Some features of juvenile entrepreneurship

This article describes the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by minors. The author considers the problems of age restrictions for registration as an entrepreneur. The article analyzes the responsibility of underage entrepreneurs through the prism of the general rules for the responsibility of minors under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The article presents possible ways to fill the gaps in the legislation on the legal capacity of entrepreneurs and their responsibility.
