Some aspects of the culture dialogue during the post–soviet period

The author analyzes some theoretical aspects of the culture dialogue in the past –Soviet countries using the examples of the latest history. Particular attention is given to Russia and Kazakhstan, cross – cultural communications concerning post – soviet realities and globalization influence
