The methodology and the principles of complex solutions of ecological, economic and social problems in the development of natural deposits are considered. The methodology is based on the highest priority of natural (ecological) factor in the hierarchy of the environmentally sustainable development of territories and includes scientific and technological principles of sustainable subsoil use.
