Violation of the rules of treatment of animals hazardous substances and waste: characteristics of the subject of the crime

The article deals with the problems of recognizing such anthropogenic objects as prohibited types of hazardous waste, radioactive, bacteriological chemical substances and waste as the subject of crime. Based on the analysis of regulatory legal acts in the field of environmental protection, the characteristic of each of them is given. The theoretical provisions are illustrated by examples from judicial practice. The article gives a critical assessment of the proposal to recognize as a premeditated crime under art. 247 of the criminal code, the rules for handling environmentally hazardous substances and wastes as contrary to Uche understanding about the subject of crimes in General and environmental crimes in particular, and also attribution to the subject of the crime environment in the aggregate components of nature: land, subsoil, water, atmosphere, etc.
