"People's diplomacy" as a socio-political phenomenon

This scientific article analyzes the phenomenon of "people's diplomacy" and its laws. Revealing its theoretical and practical aspects, it was emphasized that public diplomacy is an integral part of the modern globalized world. It was also noted that public diplomacy plays an important role in the development of cooperation, good neighborliness and mutually beneficial relations between states in the modern system of international relations.
