The article deals with the efficient formation of surface microrelief parts using ultrasonic vibration effects that simultaneously promote activation ftoraktivnyh lubricant compositions. The device is designed to improve the efficiency and extend the capabilities of ultrasonic treatment during the formation of the optimal microtopography of surfaces and the activation foractive lubricating compositions based on the use of three-dimensional vibration field with separate control of oscillatory motions for each coordinate.
