Ways to reduce the production costs of the enterprise

The article deals with the issue of cost reduction as an important aspect of improving the financial performance of the enterprise. The study showed that the costs of the enterprise are the total costs in monetary terms, which are correlated with the accounting policy, are temporary in nature and affect the financial results of the enterprise. In order to improve the financial performance of the enterprise, the authors identified ways to reduce the costs of the enterprise. In the study, these areas are systematized by groups: production group (use of advanced technologies, automation of workplaces and technological processes, etc.), resource group (rational use of material resources, cost planning of enterprise labor resources, etc.) and organizational group (reduction of transport costs, rational organization of cargo transportation).
