Morphological parameters of potato plants in vitro depending on various nutrient mediums

Results of work on optimization and efficiency improvement of potato virus-free micro-plants are presented. In experiment with varieties Zhigulyovsky and Juwel the possibility of replacement of standard components of Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium on water-soluble complex fertilizers Aqarin is shown. Aqarin modifications, the use of which growth and development of potato micro-plants occurs most effectively are recommended.
